I would like to introduce our company 'Charlie's Chicken' to you. Our tasty succulent country reared chickens are freshly rotisserie cooked and served with roast potatoes and a choice of side dishes.

We are a husband & wife team based in East Sussex having just returned to the U.K. from Hong Kong. I have more than nineteen years in the catering profession and have a passion for making the customer happy by providing good quality tasty food and first class service.

We wear 'chef whites in our well-equipped catering van. making sure that our products are hygienically prepared and served at all times. We are members of NCASS, the nationwide caterers association and recently gained the CIEH level 2 award in food safety.
